 Acknowledged as a certified Land Planner (AICP designation) is an honor and a responsibility ethically to utilize my vast past experiences within various communities facing similar difficulties that Wake Forest is facing today.  My pragmatism and wealth of experience can only help guide the daunting task of maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for both current and future Town's residents.  I wish for you to know here that I have no inhibitions with SERVING & FIGHTING for what's RIGHT for the Town and its residents for the quality of life we deserve. 

Wake Forest needs Planning

 Context matters.  My particular experience in exhibiting both functionally and graphically opportunities to improve our Town will go along way as your commissioner for all of the longer term consequences of such rapid growth.  These growing pains are seen significantly at peak travel times of course, but have larger implications than 'just traffic'.  There is no better time than NOW, for FACING HEAD ON the functional challenges our Town has today and prepare for a better Wake Forest tomorrow, one where we can all be proud to call ours!
